Spring Will Come

Dean follow's the weather reports over the winter because he is in charge of snow removal at work. His favorite meteorologist has been saying this will be a winter we won't forget. I was rather skeptical, but not anymore! In the past two months there have only been a handful of days that our drive has been free of ice and snow. Makes me thankful for 4 wheel drive!
  Yesterday we had more sleet and snow, making for some very slick surfaces. Tristan solved that problem by putting chains on his boots.

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.  Genesis 8:22

Do we realize how blessed we are to have this promise? Winter may seem to drag on and on both outside and in our hearts but praise God, spring 

WILL come. God has promised.

I have several friends who are going through a long winter due to circumstances beyond their control. Will you please join me in praying for those around us who are hurting and longing for the sun to shine, both literally and figuratively?

It is still a winter wonderland out there
